**Job Title: Medical Director – Palliative Care** **Location: Arlington, VA** **Salary: $250,000 – $350,000 per year** We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Director for our Palliative Care program in Arlington, VA. This leadership role focuses on enhancing the quality of life for patients with serious illnesses through comprehensive care strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the Palliative Care team.
  • Develop and implement care protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families.

    • Requirements:

  • MD or DO with board certification in Palliative Care.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
