Job Title: BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct supervision to RBTs and other staff
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor and analyze data to ensure treatment effectiveness
  • Stay current with best practices and ethical guidelines
