Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Position Location: Winston-Salem, NC Salary: $75/hour

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid position in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to implement behavior intervention strategies.
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff members.
