Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with diverse needs.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
