We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid position in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to implement behavior intervention strategies.

Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff members.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
