Job Title: RN Assistant Clinical Manager, Hospice Location: Bergen, NJ Salary: Competitive Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated RN Assistant Clinical Manager for our hospice team in Bergen, NJ. The ideal candidate will support the Clinical Manager in overseeing patient care and staff management. Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating patient care plans and ensuring quality standards.

• Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and support.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

• Participate in staff training and development.

Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in NJ
  • Previous hospice or palliative care experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
