BCBA – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Fairfax, VA

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 a year

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Supervising and training RBTs and other staff
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborating with families and other professionals

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification
• Experience in ABA therapy
• Strong communication and leadership skills
