Job Title: Licensed Clinician | Adult Community Location: Springfield, MA Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinician to join our Adult Community team in Springfield, MA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to adults, fostering recovery and wellness. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Current licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
