Job Title: Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Charlotte, NC Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Lead BCBA to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and RBTs.

Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.

Monitor and evaluate client progress and program effectiveness.

Qualifications: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
