We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our school-based team in Reading, PA. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with educators and parents to support students with physical challenges.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services to students in a school setting

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes

Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
