Job Description

Job Title: LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER/COUNSELOR – Intensive Home-Based Therapy Location: London, OH Salary: $57,500 – $63,500 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Social Worker/Counselor to provide intensive home-based therapy to families in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals and families overcome challenges in a supportive environment.

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with community resources and support systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records

    • Qualifications: Must be a licensed social worker or counselor in Ohio. Experience in home-based therapy preferred.
