Job Title: Residential Clinician Location: Haddam, CT Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Clinician to join our team in Haddam, CT. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to residents in a structured environment.

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Provide crisis intervention and support
