Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Teaneck, NJ Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Teaneck, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to implement behavior intervention strategies.
  • Supervise and train RBTs and other staff members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

    • Qualifications: BCBA certification, strong communication skills, and experience in a clinical or educational setting.
