Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Location: Hyattsville, MD Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
