Job Description

Job Title: Director of Nursing Services Location: Fillmore, CA Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing Services to lead our nursing team in Fillmore, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing nursing operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
  • Managing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

    • Qualifications include a valid RN license, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred), and at least 5 years of nursing leadership experience.
