We are seeking a dedicated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team in El Cajon, CA. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee ABA therapy programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
