We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Lubbock, TX. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

Conduct functional behavior assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
