Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Director/BCBA Location: Phoenix, AZ Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director/BCBA to lead our team in providing exceptional behavioral services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA therapy and leadership experience.

  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure quality service delivery
  • Supervise and mentor BCBA and RBT staff
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

    • Qualifications: BCBA certification, Master’s degree in a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
