Job Title: Physical Therapist (Home Health – Gwinnett – PRN) Location: Lawrenceville, GA Salary: $65 – $120 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Gwinnett County. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized patient assessments and treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

    • Qualifications:

  • Valid Georgia PT license.
  • Experience in home health preferred.
