We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our R.I.S.E (Resilience, Inclusion, Support, Empowerment) team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals and families, focusing on mental health and wellness.

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
  • Participate in community outreach and education
