Job Description

Job Title: Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Omaha, NE Salary: $95 – $110 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Lead BCBA to join our team in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

    • Qualifications: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
