Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Pueblo, CO Salary: $50 – $55 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Pueblo, CO. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
