Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / BCaBA Location: Winston-Salem, NC Salary: $83,000 – $110,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy and supervision to clients.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

    • Qualifications: BCBA or BCaBA certification required. Experience in ABA therapy preferred.
