Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with best practices.
Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Conduct assessments and analyze data to drive clinical decisions.
Collaborate with families and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
BCBA certification required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
