Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote-Hybrid Position Salary: From $90,000 a year Location: NC

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a remote-hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.

Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff members.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
