Job Title: Physical Therapist – Home Health Location: Oklahoma City, OK Salary: $78 – $80 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and health management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    • Qualifications: Valid PT license in OK, strong communication skills, and experience in home health preferred.
