Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Fort Wayne, IN Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
