Job Title: Clinical Director – CA Licensed Psychologist & Supervisor Location: Bakersfield, CA Salary: $147,915.66 – $180,785.70 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to lead our mental health team in Bakersfield. The ideal candidate will be a licensed psychologist in California with supervisory experience.

Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Provide supervision and support to clinical staff.

Develop and implement treatment programs.

Conduct assessments and provide direct patient care as needed.
