Job Title: Mental Health Professional/Clinical Trainee – Team Lead – ACT Location: Litchfield, MN Salary: $35.30 – $38.20 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional/Clinical Trainee to serve as Team Lead for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. This role involves:

  • Leading a multidisciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health services.
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitating team meetings and ensuring effective communication.
  • Supporting clients in achieving their recovery goals.
