Job Title: Center Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Up to $10K Sign-On Bonus! Location: Springfield, MA Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 a year

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA to join our team in Springfield, MA. As a BCBA, you will:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct supervision to RBTs and support staff.

Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
