Job Title: Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Sr. BCBA) Location: Magnolia, TX Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Sr. BCBA to join our team in Magnolia, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in behavior analysis and a passion for improving client outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and RBTs.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
