Job Title: BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Blacksburg, VA Salary: $69,000 – $77,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Blacksburg, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to staff and caregivers.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
