Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor nursing staff in providing high-quality hospice care.
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care strategies as needed.
Ensure adherence to hospice regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in Massachusetts.
Previous hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
