Job Title: Licensed Therapist for Adult Residential Treatment Facility Location: Vienna, VA Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our team at an Adult Residential Treatment Facility in Vienna, VA. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to adults facing mental health challenges.

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed
