Job Title: BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Monroe, NC Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Monroe, NC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision to RBTs and other staff.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

    • Qualifications: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
