Job Title: School Based Therapist, Outpatient Clinic Location: New Britain, CT Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 a year

We are seeking a dedicated School Based Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team in New Britain, CT. The ideal candidate will provide mental health support to students in a school setting, collaborating with educators and parents to promote student well-being.

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions

Develop and implement treatment plans

Monitor and document client progress

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
