Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Director – LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1 Location: Danvers, MA Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to lead our mental health and substance use treatment programs. The ideal candidate will hold LICSW, LMHC, and LADC-1 licenses.

  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide supervision and support to clinical staff.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and programs.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients.
