Job Title: Youth and Family Therapist – IHBT/I-FAST Location: New Lexington, OH Salary: $47,609.67 – $71,675.95 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Youth and Family Therapist to join our team in New Lexington, OH. This role focuses on providing intensive home-based therapy (IHBT) and family support through the I-FAST model.

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for youth and families.

Provide individual and family therapy sessions in home and community settings.

Collaborate with schools, social services, and other community resources.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
