Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral analysis services to clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and staff.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other staff.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Engage with families to support client goals.
Qualifications:
BCBA certification required.
Experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
