**Job Title:** Physical Therapist – Home Care **Location:** Springfield, MA **Salary:** From $70/hour

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home care team in Springfield, MA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
    • Educate patients and families on exercises and home care techniques.
    • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
    • Experience in home care preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
