**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **Location:** Charlotte, NC **Salary:** $83,000 – $110,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for individuals with autism and related disorders.

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.

Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications: BCBA certification, strong communication skills, and experience in a clinical or educational setting.
