Job Description

**Job Title:** Therapist (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) **Location:** San Diego, CA **Salary:** $85,000 – $120,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a licensed Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services in a supportive environment.

**Responsibilities:**

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions

Develop and implement treatment plans

Assess client needs and progress

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate client records

**Qualifications:**

PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in diverse therapeutic modalities preferred
