**Job Title:** RN Clinical Director – Home Health and Hospice

**Salary:** $120,000 – $140,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Director to lead our Home Health and Hospice team in Everett, WA.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement patient care policies and procedures.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Monitor quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Washington State.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of home health and hospice regulations.
