**Job Title:** Remote/Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **Location:** Winston-Salem, NC **Salary:** $80,000 – $90,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a remote/hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will provide behavior analysis services to clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and staff. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.

• Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed.

• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff.

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
