**Job Title: ABA Clinical Supervisor** **Location: Hemet, CA** **Salary: $4,000 – $6,000/month**

We are seeking a dedicated ABA Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in Hemet, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience supervising staff. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the implementation of ABA programs for clients
  • Training and mentoring Behavior Technicians
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaborating with families and other professionals

    • Qualifications: BCBA certification preferred, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals with autism.
