**Salary:** $110,000 – $125,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our team in providing high-quality behavioral services.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with state regulations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
Supervise and mentor BCBA and RBT staff.
Conduct assessments and analyze data to drive clinical decisions.
Collaborate with families and stakeholders to enhance client outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
BCBA certification required.
5+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
