**Job Title: Outpatient Therapist** **Location: Saint Charles, IL** **Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year** **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team in Saint Charles, IL. The ideal candidate will provide individual and group therapy to clients facing mental health challenges. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
