The ideal candidate will manage daily operations while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee clinic operations and staff management

Develop and implement treatment plans for patients

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Conduct staff training and performance evaluations

Maintain patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist in MA

Previous management experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills
