**Job Title:** Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **Location:** Las Vegas, NV **Salary:** $60 – $100 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions for clients with behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Providing training and supervision to RBTs and other staff members.
  • Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
