**Job Title:** BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (School-Based) **Location:** Stamford, CT **Salary:** $50 – $55 per hour **Retention Bonus:** $5000 **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our school-based team in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate will provide behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with educators and parents. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data.

• Design and implement evidence-based interventions.

• Train and support staff in behavior management techniques.

• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
